The Challenge & Goal

Challenge: An ethylene cracker unit was failing Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) audits due to fugitive emissions from incumbent block valves.
Impact: Regulatory fines, safety hazards, and significant loss of valuable product.
Goal: Implement a solution with verifiable zero-leakage performance, certified to ISO 15848-1 Class A or B.

Our Solution & Result

Action: Leveraged our material expertise to specify Triple Offset Valves with flexible graphite packing, manufactured and tested entirely in-house.
